The ground here is covered with loose gravel, forming the primitive road
known as Tyras Way.  Running across the front of Fort Genauras, it sees
quite a bit of traffic, mostly from the Frontier Guard, but also from some
of the merchants and craftsmen who stay inside the fort's walls.  A large
statue rises to the south, dominating a small courtyard.  Made of stone, it
is quite an opulent adornment for a town of tents and wooden buildings. 
Tyras Way continues to the east and west.
