Quest: Drunken Mistake!
This quest is called 'Drunken Mistake!',
for Adventurers levels 150 to 230.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Coming out of a tavern last night, a group of men encountered a young attractive woman. Being in drunken stupors and encouraging each other, they said and did some things they should not have. What they didn't realise, in their intoxicated state, was the the woman they were harassing was a relative of mine. For what they did, there is only one punishment, being death. I need you to seek out these men, who were last seen in Tower of Art, Lowangen, Avarice and here in New Rigel and administer their punishment.
