for Adventurers levels 180 to 241.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Loyal subject, although I do rule over Sigil and neighboring lands, I was
once a toy maker as you must surely know. Although I spend the majority of
my time doing administrative duties, I still make toys for needy children of
the realm. This pastime is a most pleasant hobby for me, and bring some joy
into the lives of the less fortunate children in my lands. Recently an
emissary from Queen Tirona mentioned that they had similar toys on the
Faerie plane, I decided that I had to see their products. Unfortunately, my
local duties prevent me from going there myself. Please journey to the
faerie plane and collect that toy for me. There are also several other toys
that have been on my list for a while which I would also appreciate you
getting while you are traveling. Although this sounds eccentric, please
journey to the Arcane Archipelago, Shadow Castle, our neighboring Vospire,
and New Rigel to get other such items. Your efforts will be well rewarded
upon your speedy return. May the Powers go with you!
