Description of War Drill:
It is possible that one day our continent will go to war with one of the
other continents, so it is important we maintain effective communication
within the continent. To test the state of our communications system, the
Lord Telleri and I have decided to conduct a drill. This drill will confirm
our ability to establish contact with several important figures, so that
they could be kept well informed if something were to happen. Do this
quickly, and you will be rewarded very well.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
50 quest points,
5 practice points,
29000 experience points, and
5000 gold pieces.

Senator Laveau is in his Laveau Estate off the east of Mansion Walk/Warehouse Road. This is on the southeastern most side of Templeton. This mobile respawns on the 'second floor, west hall' in his mansion. —

Federal Judge Powers.
This mobile can usually be found in the Templeton Courthouse in the southern part of Market Square. This mobile seems to be wander-happy and is very prone to be being killed. —
