Description of Moral Rejuvenation:
I have lately noticed the rapid decline of quality that the town of Sigil
has been sustaining. The town has began to lack moral values. What we need
to do is encourage our workers to do better, our youth to stay involved,
give the troubled rehabilitation. Those who will not listen may be forced
with coercion if necessary. You will be our arbiter. This community clean
up act may not fix our problems, but it may slow the spread of this new
disease. Clean up our town, teach values, and reteach those who already
know these values. We can never allow our city to turn this direction
again. Upon completion of this project, you will be greatly rewarded.
