Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I've been looking over the books for the royal kitchen, and it seems that
many of the ingredients for my favorite soup are now too expensive for me to
buy in Sigil. Go talk to my assistant, Taron, about the castle finances and
check with the treasury too, just to be sure that their books match up.
Then go to the kitchens of both Vospire and Diocletian to compare kitchen
books as perhaps they have other sources for these items that may be lower
in price. You might want to stop and grab a quick something to munch on for
the trip home. I expect a full report when you get back. Your reward will
be waiting for you if you waste no time.
