Description of Netis Investigation:
I have heard bad things about the head doctor of New Rigel Sanitarium. I
don't want to act hastily on but a few words from a passerby, so I'd like
you to conduct a serious investigation into the matter. Speak with some of
the fine people of my town, and see what they know about the good Doctor
Netis. To complete your task, I'd like you to speak with the Doctor
yourself and see what he's been up too. You will be rewarded handsomely for
your efforts! May the Powers look after you!
