Description of Party With The Guards!:
Recently, there have been no attacks on my town, New Rigel. I believe
that my guards work well to protect the city, and give their full effort
towards their job. I ask that you gather them in my chamber to celebrate in
a drink representing their honor and courage in defending New Rigel. Please
go around town and search for as many different types of guards as you can,
then recover drinks for us all as well! Hurry back, because I am eager to
party! Your reward will be great if you are quick!
