This quest is called 'Stray Elimination', for Adventurers levels
30 to
59.
Description of Stray Elimination:
It has recently come to my attention that the current state of affairs in
the quiet village of Sigil has been breached. The denizens of this rural
community no longer care for its state of being. I request that search and
destroy the many plagues of this community. I am a firm believer in animal
rights but this has gone too far. The animals and insects within this
community have began to flood the streets with sickness. The roads have
become too crowded to walk along without walking into a mangy mutt. I
cannot relax in peace without being pestered by a bothersome horsefly.
Please, find the animals overtaking our city, and put an end to this. No
longer will they spread disease. If you complete my request you will be
well rewarded.

Stray Elimination consists of:
Phase 3: Defeat
A plagued rat.
In sewer in Sigil. Go 5 S from the intersection of Tarragon and Myrrh Streets to get to the entrance to the sewer (may have to search for the down). —

A blue bird.
Blue birds are located in the branches of the Living Netheroak in the ancient grove south off of Park (where North Arnica meets Park). —
