Phase 3: Defeat A spooky bat.
In the Ancient Grove at North Arnica and Park in Sigil. — Cerryl
Phase 4: Defeat A plagued rat.
In sewer in Sigil. Go 5 S from the intersection of Tarragon and Myrrh Streets to get to the entrance to the sewer (may have to search for the down). — Killerbeez
Phase 5: Defeat A flea beetle.
Can be found on the streets of Sigil — Grumble
