This quest is called 'My Sigil!', for Adventurers levels

Description of My Sigil!:
Recently, I thought of a great competition we could hold for the people of
Sigil. Competitors are to paint a picture of what they think the meaning of
Sigil is, what we are all about. The paintings will be judged in one weeks
time by several honest Sigil citizens whom you will choose. Also, as I
would like to set the right example for the people of this town, I request
that you obtain and deliver to me, the correct equipment needed for me to
paint my very own Sigil! Good Luck! May the Powers guide and protect you!
