Description of Grateful Gallantry:
There is a group of individuals within Sigil's city limits that
tirelessly work towards the betterment of the community. Without this group
of individuals, our city would be in sore shape. I've been meaning for
quite some time to give these people their proper due. Unfortunately, I am
a busy man, and cannot thank them personally. I've long been looking for a
solution, and with you, I have found a way to do it. Please visit each
individual, and impart to them my most sincere thanks and gratitude. You
will be well compensated for your time and efforts upon my behalf.

Wandering monks do wander the streets of Sigil, but they're most often to be found around South Arnica and Marefurium. —

You can find the vendors anywhere in Sigil, but Indigo Way, Park, Valerian and South Arnica are particularly good places to look for them. —

An academy instructor.
The academy instructor is in the Fighting Academy on Tarragon Street, which is off of North Arnica Road. —

He's at the entrance of the Labyrinth of Acron, which is off of Indigo Way. —
