Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently there has been some tension between my fine establishment and
the northern frost giants. There were surprise attacks by the giants on
unsuspecting citizens of Tellerium and some of my men have sought revenge by
going to the Frost Giant's Keep without my permission. Jumping to
conclusions and raising hell over uninvestigated reasons is not the way I
earned my lordship. We traced the source of the skirmishes to the
appearance of a stranger and the death of one of my honor guards. The
stranger produced an ice boulder claiming that a Frost Giant had committed
the deed and the murder weapon was the boulder. I suspect that the stranger
works for Lady Templeton who has always been keen to divert the Frost
Giants' attention elsewhere. I can guide you along the investigation but
you may need to use your own deductive abilities to find the right parties
for the furtherance of the investigations. Obtain an ice boulder from Frost
Giant Keep, I need to confirm if it really matches the one that was produced
by the stranger. Bring the investigation to some knowledgeable people in
both Frost Giant's Keep as well as Tellerium. Pay a visit to Lady Telleri
with the ice boulder in hand and take note of her reaction.
