This quest is called 'Vospirian Census', for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Description of Vospirian Census:
After a lengthy talk with the king of Vospire, I have agreed to do a census
of his city! I need someone to go out and visit with the fine citizens of
Vospire and discuss with them how many people are living there. Besides,
what better way to make people feel like their complaints are being heard?
If you can go make me a list of the citizens in the city, I will reward you
handsomely! You may want to start on the southern end of town and work your
way northward so nobody is missed. May the powers favor you in your
endeavor!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 3 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 8000 gold pieces.
