This quest is called 'Fountain of Health!', for Adventurers levels

Description of Fountain of Health!:
Recently, I heard a rumor from the Archibold of Diocletian. Evidently,
in an unknown location somewhere in Alyria, there is a water fountain that
has the ability to cure diseases that are otherwise untreatable. If this is
true, and we are somehow able to locate this fountain, it would be a great
advantage to the health of Sigil citizens and ultimately, the whole of
Alyria would greatly benefit. I want you to travel around Alyria and return
to me with a sample of water from each fountain on the list. In addition, I
want you to visit the Archibold in Diocletian and attempt to find out as
much information about this fountain as you can from him. May the Powers
guide and protect you!
