This quest [32069] is called 'Shamanic Debuffs',
for Adventurers levels 40 to 250.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Not only can SHAMAN call upon the POWERS to lend them their
strength, but they can ask their dieties to weaken their enemies. By
URSING their opponents, DESECRATING their opponents' ARMOR and
surrounding their oppoents in FAERIE FIRE, a shaman can greatly weaken
anyone. Go and visit Ifirn and see if he has any of the scrolls for these
spells. You will need to travel to Sigil and visit Pyrian and Arianus to
learn how to CURSE and cast 'FAERIE FIRE.' When you finish there,
return here to Xaventry and learn of where to practice 'DESECRATE
ARMOR.' Finally, practice one of these spells on a nearby victim.
