Questmaster: Lord Telleri [Tellerium]
This quest is called 'Laying Out an Opponent', for Adventurers levels 55 to 60.
Description of Laying Out an Opponent:
BARBARIANS can deal a lot of damage to start off a fight and during a
fight. While most of the BARBARIAN skills are meant to be used during a
fight, 'LAY OUT' is a great finisher. What better way to subdue your
opponent than to tackle them to the ground and pound them into a pulp.
Unfortunately, you have to travel to a very dangerous part of the Sigil
Underground to practice this skill. Head to Sigil to find a way into the
underground. I hear there is an old slaver's Tunnel in the Astarach
Preserve on the east side of Rune. Use caution when heading down the
tunnel. All sorts of nefarious individuals have been known to hang around
that area. Once you arrive safely in the Gypsy Village, head west toward a
large cavern. To the north will be Genauras. Find Captain Rynus and learn
this most devistating attack. Upon your return to Tellerium, try out your
new skill on one of the less desirable inhabitants of this city.

+++This quest requires you to use the skill Lay Out to complete a
special phase. If you do not have access to this skill or spell at this
time, you can turn in the quest incomplete at no penalty.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 60 quest points, 6 practice points, 55000 experience points, and 3500 gold pieces.
You have 400 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
