for Adventurers levels 60 to 100.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently I have noticed that many people are moving from Diocletian to
Sigil. This is puzzling since Diocletian has always been considered a nice
place to live in. I think that the tetrarchs are up to something so I want
you to go and investigate. Head to Diocletian immediately and question the
tetrarchs to see if you can learn anything of their plans, but be prepared
because Diocletian is suffering from a slight bee infestation. However, if
you remain invisible you should be ok as the bees only attack what they can
see. Also visit their local training facilities to see if anything
suspicious is going on there. Hurry back with a full report and you will be
