This quest [2483] is called 'Fifteen Months!',
for Adventurers levels 181 to 240.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has come to my attention that an old Sigil citizen has been waiting
fifteen months for an operation! The operation is due to be performed in
Tellerium as they have one of the best hospitals in the world. There is
always a long waiting period for operations such as these but fifteen months
is just too long. The old woman is also getting worse and in need of the
operation even more than before. I am concerned, that while waiting for
this operation the Sigil citizen is slowly doing herself serious damage
Please visit the patient and inform her we are doing all we can to hurry the
operation up, before venturing to Maldra's Keep, recover a scalpel and
syringe for the operation, deliver it to Doctor Rune as he will be
performing the actual operation, and do your best to convince him to operate
on her as a favor to Sigil. Also, give several potions to Doctor Rune as he
