This quest is called 'Nice and Tidy', for Adventurers levels 60 to 110.
Description of Nice and Tidy:
Greetings adventurer! I am disgusted with the state of our paths in this
city, all the trash just lying on the ground. People are littering for a
reason, because we do not have any trash containers in this city. The only
main storage facility has been our town dump, but with the growing number of
people each day, we may need to turn to another alternative. I want you to
go out and visit a few people and see how they are handling trash disposal.
Then I want you to visit the incinerator in Rune and find out how that
works, what it runs off of, and how much it would cost to buy one. Finally
I want you to talk to Lord Agrippa about how a largely populated town such
as rune, rids itself of so much trash. I know you will succeed at the task
at hand. Good Luck!
