Description:

The great shout skill is not given to any player class, but can be found on scrolls. Upon holding and using a great shout scroll, you will receive a message about feeling more important in the universe. At this point, any 'shout' you make will be heard across all of Alyria (with a few exceptions, such as in the realties). Normally the great shout effect will wear off before your shout timer runs out, so you only get one shout out of a scroll. However, a scroll can be magically multiplied up to level 241, and they you can often get two shouts in.
