Quest: Decorating the Palace
This quest is called 'Decorating the Palace',

need to see some living plants around. Please help me decorate it a little
more pleasingly by finding me the following items. You should be able to
find them in Sigil, New Rigel, and the surrounding areas. Do hurry as I
truly wish to liven this place up!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 50 quest points, 5 practice points, 50,000 experience points,

Phase 3: Recover a potted fern.
Phase 4: Recover a beautiful green fern.
