Recently, I gave the town of Vospire five hundred thousand gold pieces for
the King to spend on upgrading the health system there. However, recently I
have been informed by an anonymous messenger that the King did not spend the
money on improving the health of Vospire, but instead spent it on a holiday
for himself! Please travel to Vospire and take care of this matter ensuring
it will not occur again. Also, upgrade the health system they currently
have as best you can. Your assistance on this matter is greatly
