Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
A traveler spoke to me yesterday and said that the Vospire Museum is much
more interesting and fun to be at then Rune's. This is outrageous, I just
spoke with my cultural advisor one week ago, and she told me everything was
running fine. Visit those who work at the Museum and see what they think
(you may wish to offer them a little gift to loosen their tongues). Also,
take a look at the Library and make sure it is up to par too!
