This quest is called 'Sigilian Census', for Adventurers levels
10 to
60.
Description of Sigilian Census:
It has been brought to my attention that we need to take a head count in
this city! I need someone to go out and visit with the fine citizens of
Sigil and discuss with them how many people are living here. If you can go
make me a list of the citizens in this city, I will reward you handsomely!
First, head to the northern roads and deal with the more seedy characters.
Then the southern roads to deal with the still seedy but not as scary
people, the rest can be found in the central part of the city. May the
powers favor you in your endeavor!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
40 quest points,
3 practice points,
16000 experience points, and
10000 gold pieces.

Phase 1: Visit
A guild member.
All of these mobs in this entire quest are wandering the roads of Sigil. Some of them are invisible, so a "sand-colored ring" or 'detect invisible' spell will be required. —
