Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Lately, I have been assigning many adventurers to travel to Rune in order
to complete tasks and run errands for me. Some of them, however, have
returned with news of a secret Rune army that they hear is going to be
created. I cannot allow this activity, clearly directed by none other than
Lord Agrippa, to continue any longer. Hurry to Rune and collect as many
weapons as you can, so that they cannot be used by this secret army. If you
are quick, and return these weapons to me, you will be rewarded well.
