Lady Templeton [Templeton] is the master in charge of this quest.
It has recently been brought to my attention that a bald ghostly child
has been appearing out of nowhere and lightly touching my citizens on the
head then disappearing. Now some of my citizens are growing a little
concerned and worried. I want you to meet with someone in each town and ask
if they too have had such reports. Take care and watch them closely, as
they may not wish to disclose such 'appearing' in their towns for fear of
scaring away potential business. After speaking with each member listed,
quickly return to me and tell me of all that was said, and unsaid. You will
have my many thanks and be justly rewarded for your long journey.
