Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Meow! Meow! Meow! Meow! You stand stunned upon your entry to Lord
Vashir's throne room as you realize it is filled with eight, no nine, cats!
What in Alyria is going on? The Lord himself beckons you forward. He seems
at ease and tells you, "This month is the anniversary of my favorite cat's
passing. She was the greatest animal, so friendly, so bold, and such a
wonderful companion. It brings tears to my eyes when I think of her." He
pauses and says, "I want you to do a series of good deeds in my name so that
her memory can live on. Go across the land to the north and across the
ocean to the south, and feed the cats of Alyria! Take your time, and
deliver them tasty morsels. Let it be known that Lord Vashir is a friend to
man and beast alike."
