Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Since New Rigel is a home to many new rogues, I have decided to send you on
a quest to collect the essentials of a starting thief. Every good thief
should know something about throwing, snaring and the art of the dagger. I
want all newcomers to feel welcome in my great city therefore having the
supplies they need is essential. These items are located mainly in our
great town of New Rigel and neighboring town of Lowangen. Please collect
these items and bring them back to me, so that I may keep a surplus for the
many thieves who visit the town.
