Description of Lowangen Census:
It has been brought to my attention that a census needs to be taken in
Lowangen immediately! I need someone to go out and visit with the fine
citizens of Lowangen and discuss with them how many people are living there.
Besides, what better way to make people feel like their complaints are being
heard? If you can go make me a list of the citizens in the city, I will
reward you handsomely! You may want to start on the southern streets and
work your way to the northern streets. May the powers favor you in your
endeavor!
