Quest: Swashbuckling Smugglers!
This quest [1404] is called 'Swashbuckling Smugglers!',
for Adventurers levels 80 to 120.
Lady Templeton [Templeton] is the master in charge of this quest.
It troubles me greatly to think that Templeton's port security is so
easily avoided. It seems many items, including outlawed alcohol and various
weaponry, are being smuggled through our port and onto the continent. Let
us face it, unless you come to our town's aid, we shall be forced to raise
taxes yet again to hire additional forces to deal with this! The residents
are reading the petitions and filing the complaints as we speak. How do you
think they will react to higher taxes? I would like you to check up on the
security provided at our port, check for any non-patrolled areas of the city
and also apprehend any persons you feel are illegally bringing items into
our fair city. For your efforts you will receive my gratitude and a
