Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
I live in the lap of luxury, as befits a Lord of the realm. Ever since I
became ruler of this land, I've gotten to a point where I am most fond of
acquiring new items for my wardrobe. There is a feeling you get from
knowing you could buy your own town that just makes my soul aflame. I feel
like spending a bit of gold, but I, unfortunately, cannot leave now due to
pressing matters. Being a worthy young adventurer I'm sure you could go get
these things for me. Kill whomever, whatever you must to obtain what I wish
of you. Also, you should pay a visit to those who may have some fashion
tips for me. Your rewards of course will compensate you well!
