This quest [1362] is called 'I'm Hungry!',

Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
All of this talking all day as I hold meetings and audiences with various
citizens leaves me hungry. Would you be so kind as to round up some tasty
morsels of food for me before I waste away into nothing? And please don't
forget my favorite blueberry danish, I could hardly stand to go a day
without at least one of those. In fact my cook swears I would live on them
if she allowed it! Your help with this will be greatly rewarded.
