This quest is called 'New Rigel Census', for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
Description of New Rigel Census:
It has been brought to my attention that a census needs to be taken
immediately! I need someone to go out and visit with the fine citizens of
New Rigel and discuss with them how many people are living here. Besides,
what better way to make people feel like their complaints are being heard?
If you can go make me a list of the citizens in the city, I will reward you
handsomely! You may want to start near Elm Street and get the smelly part
out of the way first. May the powers favor you in your endeavor!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 8000 gold pieces.
