Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
Lord Agrippa eyes you warily. Once the Lord of Rune has sufficiently
sized you up, he waves you forward. "Very credible information has recently
come to me that the red dragon of Avarice has awoken from a great sleep.
I cannot allow that dragon to descend upon my town! It is too powerful
to slay. There is only once choice. Though I am loath to say it, we must
make a sacrifice to appease the angry wyrm. You are needed to take care of
this matter as quickly as possible so that the threat is no more. May the
Powers guide and protect you!"
