Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
There has been a recent mail strike that has debilitated most small trade
going on around Sepharia. This must be rectified immediately. I cannot
have the prosperous towne of New Rigel crippled because of a few sour apples
in the mailing industries. You are to help alleviate this situation by
delivering various packages to other towns. When this is completed, I will
reward you suitably. Time is of the essence, so you only have two hours to
complete this missive.

P.S. While in Lowangen, pay a visit to the local tavern and return to me
with a bottle of the local specialty. It has been some time since I've had
a taste of it.
