This quest [31031] is called 'Yule Feast',

This is a SEASONAL quest. It is available for a limited time.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Yule time is upon us again. As is our custom in this land, my feast is
quickly approaching. Unfortunately, I have had little time to prepare my
world famous Yule party. I need you to invite all the heads of state I
normally invite. Once you have spread the word, return and get a few things
for the feast from some of the local shops.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 35 quest points, 5 practice points, 35,000 experience points,
5 build points, 0 piety, and 7,000 gold pieces.
You have 500 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
