This quest [31013] is called 'Yule Feast',

Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
Yule time is upon us again. As is our custom in this land, my feast is
quickly approaching. Unfortunately, I have had little time to prepare my
world famous Yule party. I need you to invite all the heads of state I
normally invite. Once you have spread the word, return and get a few things
for the feast from some of the local shops.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 65 quest points, 10 practice points, 50,000 experience points,
 5 build points, 0 piety, and 15,000 gold pieces.
You have 900 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Yule Feast consists of:
Phase 1: Visit Lord Agrippa.
Phase 2: Visit The knight, Sir Tristan.
Phase 4: Visit An efficient servant.
Phase 5: Visit Lord Vendredi.
Phase 6: Visit Taron, Lord Vendredi's assistant.
Phase 7: Visit Lord Maldra.
Phase 8: Visit Lady Maldra.
Phase 9: Visit Lord Telleri.
Phase 10: Visit Lady Telleri.
Phase 11: Visit Lady Templeton.
Phase 12: Visit The spirit of Lord Templeton.
Phase 13: Journey to A Bakery.
Phase 17: Recover a bottle of white wine.
