Quest: What To Do List

This quest [2810] is called 'What To Do List',
for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Due to an increasing number of emergencies such as floods, fires and
earthquakes in and around Sigil, I have recently attempted to educate the
public on what to do if one occurs. I believe that the final step for this
is to put up posters around Sigil, instructing citizens what to do in the
case of various emergencies. I request that you make enough posters, then
travel around Sigil posting them in public places. Also, take some to
Taron, so he can help. May the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 29,000 experience points,
0 build points, 0 piety, and 12,000 gold pieces.
You have 150 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
What To Do List consists of:

Phase 1: Recover a quill pen.

Phase 2: Journey to Temple of the Earth.

Phase 3: Journey to Periwinkle Road.

Phase 4: Journey to Sanctuary Road.

Phase 5: Journey to At the Northern Gates.

Phase 6: Locate and deliver a page of parchment to Taron, Lord Vendredi's assistant.
