We have had complaints regarding the conditions at the city's jail.
According to the inmate representatives, our jail is extremely unsanitary
compared to those of other cities. I need a trusted advisor to research
this problem and write me a report comparing our jail conditions and other
nearby jails. Be quick, for if we do not resolve this soon, the prisoners
will be transported to another prison, and the prison guards will surely
lose their jobs! You will need to journey to Rune, Lowangen and New Rigel
to complete this project.
