Quest: Economic Aggrandizement

This quest [1399] is called 'Economic Aggrandizement',
for Adventurers levels 120 to 180.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Elf wine is still the best drink under the Alyrian sun! Nevertheless I
know that we need to have a sound economic base, so the common person can
earn a living and enjoy the fruits of an honest day's work. There is a Brew
House run by dwarves who should be able to give you the information about
what we would need to do to build a sizable brewery here. Be sure to talk
to our local brew master and get his ideas as well on this possibility.
Though I love this wine, a good brew is always tasty too! For your efforts,
you will be well rewarded upon your return with a full report.

Economic Aggrandizement consists of:

Phase 1: Journey to Zalyria's Brewing House.

Phase 2: Recover a stout of ale.

Phase 3: Locate and deliver a hilso herb to A dwarven brewer.

Phase 4: Locate and deliver a vorsha herb to A dwarven brewer.

Phase 5: Locate and deliver a large wooden ladle to A dwarven brewer.

Phase 6: Visit The brewmaster.
