Quest: Beach Party

This quest [31260] is called 'Beach Party',
for Adventurers levels 90 to 241.
This is a SEASONAL quest. It is available for a limited time.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
The long days are getting hotter and hotter. Certain members of my staff
are demanding that I host a beach party to help them beat the heat. I need
you to go out and find me some samples of party favors and refreshing
beverages to give to all my staff members. Hurry back and I will have a
special reward for you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 15,000 experience points,
1 build points, 0 piety, and 10,000 gold pieces.
*The item 'a jar of yellow sand'.
You have 400 minutes remaining to complete this quest.
Beach Party consists of:

Phase 1: Recover a rusty iron bucket.

Phase 2: Recover a wood and iron spade.

Phase 3: Recover a bathing towel.

Phase 4: Recover a black umbrella.

Phase 5: Recover a bottle of Beltane red beer.

Phase 6: Recover a bottle of vodka.

This small jar is no larger than your fist. Sealed by a metal screw cap, this container is filled almost to the time with a very fine sand. Taken from a nearby beach, this jar holds native sand. While it looks like normal sand, the glass has a strange, static charge to it. Perhaps ther is some USE for this sand.
